Alcoholismo y adolescencia, tendencias actuales.

Se hizo una revisión bibliográfica con el objetivo de dar a conocer de forma más actualizada la repercusión nociva del consumo del alcohol, el cual está tan extendido ampliamente en el mundo y de ello nace una enfermedad, el alcoholismo, cuyas consecuencias tienen una incidencia biológica, psicológica y social, constituye la toxicomanía de mayor relevancia a escala mundial por su prevalencia y repercusión.

 

Actualmente se ha propuesto el término de "síndrome de dependencia del alcohol" por el de alcoholismo.

 

El alcohol, además de los numerosos problemas médicos que produce, es también una fuente de problemas sociales. El peligro del alcoholismo está presente por igual en todas las personas.

 

La adolescencia es considerada un factor de riesgo, donde se pueden favorecer las conductas de consumo de alcohol, ya sea por la reafirmación de la independencia, la virilidad, la libertad en la toma de decisiones, la creencia de determinados mitos o la imitación a los adultos.

 

El estrés, los factores genéticos y ambientales influyen significativamente en el alcoholismo en general y en la recaída alcohólica.

At the moment the term of "syndrome of dependency of the alcohol" by the one of alcoholism has seted out. The alcohol, in addition to the numerous medical problems that produce, is also a source of social problems. The danger of the alcoholism is present the same in all the people.

 

The adolescence is considered a risk factor, where the conducts of alcohol consumption can be favored, or by the reaffirmation of independence, the virilidad, the freedom in the decision making, the myth belief certain or the imitation in the adults. Stress, the genetic and environmental factors influence significantly in the alcoholism in general and the alcoholic relapse.
